Annerie Lustig
Annerie was born in South Africa and was educated to University level there, achieving a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa and later, a post-graduate qualification in conveyancing.
After migrating to Australia in 2008 she successfully undertook further studies to acquire the relevant qualifications to enable her to practise as a lawyer here.
Annerie joined the firm in 2009 and practises mainly in conveyancing, small business sales and purchases, and commercial leasing.
Annerie has expertise in simple and complex conveyancing matters. She very much enjoys living in the Albury-Wodonga region with her young family and has cultivated a loyal clientele of her own.
Mavis Ohlson

Mavis joined the firm in 1970 and now concentrates on the probate area of the practice where she has a wealth of experience. Mavis also has extensive knowledge and experience in general Victorian and New South Wales conveyancing. Her depth of knowledge and experience are invaluable to the firm.”

 

Rebekah Beall
Rebekah joined the firm in 2002 and works as assistant to Warren Judd and Annerie Lustig. Rebekah has a wide knowledge of all areas of Victorian and New South Wales conveyancing and specialises in residential and land estate development.
Ellen Arms
Ellen has been with the firm since 1998 and is our Accounts and Human Resources Manager. Ellen has a thorough understanding of accounting for legal practices, particularly in managing the firm’s trust account to ensure the firm’s compliance with the stringent requirements of the Legal Services Board and the Trust Account Regulations.
Jackie Lewin
Jackie re-joined McHargs in 2021, having previously worked as Terry Bilston’s assistant. After many years’ experience in the commercial and higher education sectors, Jackie has returned to the legal arena, with a focus on general Victoria and New South Wales conveyancing and Wills. Jackie also assists our lawyers in various other areas of the practice.
Teresa Emery
Teresa joined the firm in 2022 and is our Practice Manager. Teresa has more than three decades experience in business management in the areas of property development, real estate, manufacturing, warehouse and finance. Teresa is a qualified accountant, a registered real estate agent and small business owner.
In addition to managing our practice, Teresa is available to assist clients and stakeholders by drawing on her many years’ experience in the business arena.
