LAWYER
Warren Judd
Warren has practised in many areas of the law, including litigation, criminal law and family law, but in recent years has concentrated on property law, land development, planning and municipal law, wills and deceased estates. Warren has forty years of diverse practice experience which enables him to confidently identify and address complex legal issues.

Annerie Lustig
Annerie was born in South Africa and achieved a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa and later a post-graduate qualification in conveyancing. After migrating to Australia in 2008 she undertook further studies to practise as a lawyer here. Annerie joined the firm in 2009 and practises mainly in conveyancing, small business sales and purchases, and commercial leasing.

Mavis Ohlson
Mavis joined the firm in 1970 and now concentrates on the probate area of the practice where she has a wealth of experience. Mavis also has extensive knowledge and experience in general Victorian and New South Wales conveyancing. Her depth of knowledge and experience are invaluable to the firm.

Rebekah Beall
Rebekah joined the firm in 2002 and works as assistant to Warren Judd and Annerie Lustig. Rebekah has a wide knowledge of all areas of Victorian and New South Wales conveyancing and specialises in residential and land estate development.

Suzie Ferguson
Suzie joined the firm in September 2024. She attained her Accounting Degree in Sydney in 1992 and is our Accounts Manager. Suzie manages the firm’s trust account to ensure compliance with the stringent requirements of the Legal Services Board and the Trust Account Regulations.

Jackie Lewin
Jackie re-joined McHargs in 2021, having previously worked as Terry Bilston’s assistant. After many years’ experience in the commercial and higher education sectors, Jackie has returned to the legal arena, with a focus on general Victoria and New South Wales conveyancing and Wills. Jackie also assists our lawyers in various other areas of the practice.

Teresa joined the firm in 2022. Teresa has more than three decades experience in business management in the areas of property development, real estate, manufacturing, warehouse and finance. Teresa is a qualified accountant and small business owner.
